PSR Ventures, LLC believes in second chances. Our decisions to place renters are not solely based on credit scores. We look at the overall picture.
We know sometimes things happen that cannot be avoided. If you happen to have a leak in your new home or just need some general maintenance, PSR Ventures will coordinate with our contractors to meet you at your home to get started on the repair at a convenient time for you. We are available 24/7 for emergencies such as loss of heat or any flooding and leaks that can cause immediate damage. We have convenient office hours Monday thru Friday for any general inquiries about your account. Please do not hesistate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
